Qualification : Candidates should possess Bachelor of Engineering (B.E)/ Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from a recognized University for post Deputy General Manager, Dy General Manager (For MCMV Project), Management Trainee (Mechanical), Graduation in any discipline with 2 years full time Regular MBA/ MSW/ PG Degree/ Diploma from a recognized University for post Dy General Manager (HR), Assistant Manager (HR), MBBS recognized by Medical Council of India for post Senior Manager (Medical) with relevant experience.

Selection Process : Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in written test and  Interview.

Fee : No fee for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Ex-Servicemen candidates. And for others the fee is pay by a Demand Draft of  Rs.200/-  is drawn in favour of Goa Shipyard Limited, payable at Vasco Da Gama,Goa.
