Qualification : Post graduation degree in Geology / Geophysics or B.Tech / B.E with Minimum 15 years experience in Oil & Gas Exploration & Production company in India or overseas in the field of Geology / Geo sciences / Reservoir / Drilling Engineering for Assistant Vice President / Vice President – Technical , B.Tech / B.E in Petroleum or Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with Minimum 10 years of experience for  Senior Manager – Reservoir and B.Tech / B.E in Petroleum or Mechanical or Drilling Engineering with Minimum 10 years of experience for Drilling Engineer. 

Age : Candidates Maximum age of 50 years for Assistant Vice President / Vice President – Technical , Maximum age of 40 years for Senior Manager – Reservoir and Maximum age of 35 years for Drilling Engineer .

Selection Process : Candidates are selected on the basis of performance in Personal Interview and medical test.
